Cause and effect

It seems that the children of illegal aliens, many of them young adults, have a disdain for the law.

Their parents came here in search of a better life. They however allowed their children to believe it was acceptable to be here illegally.

The children also now believe they, only need to follow the laws they like.

The product of this line of thinking is evident in the public persona of many younger Hispanics, those still too young have children with their obnoxious stereo, loud exhaust and general disregard for the public.
As they get older you will hear their misbehaving children in restaurants, screaming, shouting and in general making the meal as unpleasant as possible. Servers also say these are the worst tippers who expect stellar service.

Allowing illegal aliens of any ethnic background is a travesty of justice, ignoring the facts only breeds disrespect and a lowering of living standards.

Each ethnic background should quit supporting the influx of more illegal immigrants and demand that they too follow the laws of our land.

Keeping quiet is a form of acceptance, and breeds contempt for the system.

Each of these points describes a step into the downward spiral that will destroy our country and the world as we know it.

Immigrants, Illegals, Refugees and Underprivledged

I am at a loss as to why we as Americans are responsible for the ills of the world, we are supposed to take in insurgents, refugees, aliens, illegal aliens and immigrants.

Immigrants are legal aliens willing to support our way of life, to ensure life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as guaranteed in the constitution.

Refugees are people fleeing persecution, looking for a better life free of strife with opportunity to better themselves. Therefore they should be willing to become legal aliens and productive citizens on the path to citizenship and supporting our constitution.

Illegal aliens and insurgents have no desire to become productive citizens they only wish to milk the system of all they can get, and many would overthrow our form of government and subject us to their ideals and laws. These are counterproductive people!

We must limit our number of immigrants, if we do not have compliance with the quotas set by some arbitrary committee, who may allow too many anyway, we only lower our standard of living.

In my lifetime I have witnessed a decline in our standard of living, induced by illegal aliens who when they entered this country knew they were breaking our laws. These same aliens have a flagrant disregard for the laws of our land. Many have the attitude if I'm not caught I can't be doing wrong.

Give me your tired, give me your poor, give me your huddled masses." The inscription at the base of the STATUE OF LIBERTY was added later. 1903 it was opened in 1886 17 years so not part of the original intention.

The STATUE OF LIBERTY is NOT the the statue of immigration and millions of immigrants came through Ellis Island again not Liberty Island they just passed it. Also nowhere is the word illegal inscribed. Many have changed that word to undocumented, it still is illegal to enter just about any country in the world without proper documentation why should we be the exception.

To get birthright citizenship your parents should also be legal citizens, I do not believe the framers of The Constitution of the United States ever intended to grant citizenship outright to mercenaries and illegal immigrants as have the amnesties of the past. It was intended to provide a path to become a legitimate citizen of the United States possibly a helping hand but not a handout.

We as Americans enjoy a standard of living as good or better than any country in the world and we consistently overlook the poor in Appalachia, people living really close to Washington, in abject poverty because they don't scream and beg for help. There are American Indians living below the poverty level driven from their ancestral lands by a unrepentant government, the same one that gives illegals food, clothing and housing.

Please explain to me the justice in helping those who dislike us, who would overthrow our form of government and those who flout the laws of our country.(a form of insurrection)

QUESTIONABLE JURISPRUDENCE

Federal courts hear cases involving the constitutionality of a law, cases involving the laws and treaties of the U.S. ambassadors and public ministers, disputes between two or more states, admiralty law, also known as maritime law, and bankruptcy cases.

Courts of Appeals
There are 13 appellate courts that sit below the U.S. Supreme Court, and they are called the U.S. Courts of Appeals. The 94 federal judicial districts are organized into 12 regional circuits, each of which has a court of appeals.  The appellate court’s task is to determine whether or not the law was applied correctly in the trial court. Appeals courts consist of three judges and do not use a jury.
A court of appeals hears challenges to district court decisions from courts located within its circuit, as well as appeals from decisions of federal administrative agencies.
In addition, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has nationwide jurisdiction to hear appeals in specialized cases, such as those involving patent laws, and cases decided by the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
With the information available, I question the validity of Judge Robarts' injunction, on claims of injury brought by the State of Washington. Where are the arguments to establish the facts. To have a trial in the lower courts you must seat a jury unless the defendant waives the right to jury trial, if the judge's decision is unacceptable, then it moves to the appeals court system. Possibly I am misinformed. It looks to me as if the lower courts have been bypassed.
In my opinion non-citizens are afforded respect for their religious beliefs only as a courtesy that does not infringe on a citizens right to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
"Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the "unalienable rights" which the Declaration says have been given to all human beings by their Creator, and which governments are created to protect.
If the government allows individuals to enter this country and destroy our way of life they are in violation of our constitutional rights.
